The You’ve Got Goals campaign ran during the post-holiday retail lull, a period typically dominated by product-heavy, promotion-led messaging. I partnered with my design lead to challenge that approach, pitching a more inspirational, story-driven campaign that focused on motivation rather than merchandise. The work reframed the category moment and delivered incremental sales, demonstrating that narrative-led creative could outperform transactional messaging during low-demand periods.
